Elivue is an online retail brand owned and operated by Shenzhen Jianghong
E-Commerce Co., Ltd., a company registered in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province,
China. All orders placed on elivue.com are sold and fulfilled by Shenzhen
Jianghong E-Commerce Co., Ltd.

What We Do

We design and sell apparel and commemorative gifts built around American
heritage themes. Our current catalogue covers embroidered caps, polo shirts
and tees across a number of collections, including the US 250th Anniversary
series, DD-214 and Red Friday designs for veterans and their families,
Memorial Day pieces, faith-based designs, and seasonal ranges such as
Halloween.

We are not a marketplace and we do not resell branded goods. Every design in
our catalogue is created by our own design team, and we work directly with
manufacturing partners to produce it.

How We Work

Our team handles design, sourcing, quality checks and customer support
in-house from our office in Shenzhen. Orders are processed
within 1-3 business days and shipped from our fulfilment partners. Delivery
typically takes 3-8 business days to the United States, the United Kingdom
and the EU, and 8-15 business days to Australia and New Zealand. Full details
are set out in our Shipping Policy, and returns are handled under our Refund
Policy.

We launched elivue.com in October 2025. The company behind it, Shenzhen
Jianghong E-Commerce Co., Ltd., was established in 2020.
